Ordering & delivery
Is the packaging discreet?
Of course. We ship in a neutral, unbranded box – nothing on the outside hints at what's inside, and the sender name doesn't give anything away either. Only you know what arrived.
How long does delivery take?
For now we ship within Hungary, and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
How can I pay?
You'll see the payment options at checkout – you can choose from several methods, from card payment to cash on delivery. All prices are gross and include VAT.
Is the purchase discreet on my bank statement?
On your bank statement and invoice you'll see the neutral name „BERJANAT TRADE Kft.” – not the KUNDZSI name or the product. So the purchase doesn't give anything away on your statement either.
Products & care
Are the materials safe?
Yes. Our products are made from body-safe, matte silicone or TPE. Before and after use, wash them with lukewarm water and a little fragrance-free soap – that's all it takes.
How do I charge and clean it?
Most devices charge via USB or a magnetic charger. For cleaning, lukewarm water and a little soap is enough; if a product isn't waterproof (we note this in the description), don't hold it under water.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel – with one condition. For hygiene reasons we can only take a product back if it is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. The exact steps are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Adults only?
Yes – KUNDZSI sells exclusively to those over 18.
