Every order ships in a neutral, unbranded box – nothing on the outside hints at the contents, and the sender name doesn't give anything away. On your bank statement and invoice you'll only see a neutral company name, not the KUNDZSI name or the product.

Products & care
Are the materials safe?
Yes. Our products are made from body-safe, matte silicone or TPE. Before and after use, wash them with lukewarm water and a little fragrance-free soap – that's all it takes.
How do I charge and clean it?
Most devices charge via USB or a magnetic charger. For cleaning, lukewarm water and a little soap is enough; if a product isn't waterproof (we note this in the description), don't hold it under water.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel – with one condition. For hygiene reasons we can only take a product back if it is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. The exact steps are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Is the packaging discreet?
Of course. We ship in a neutral, unbranded box – nothing on the outside hints at what's inside. Only you know what arrived.
